Gluten-free Matzo Lasagna

Does anyone else get really excited to gluten-free shop after Passover, or is it just me and my mom? So many Kosher-for-Passover products are inherently gluten-free or have been modified to be gluten-free. My mom goes a little crazy and shops the sales immediately after Passover…she doesn’t realize that there is only so much g-free matzo and tam-tam’s a girl can eat. Continue reading

Quick and Easy Gluten-Free Pizza

Love is not a strong enough word to describe how I feel about pizza. When I went to Italy a few years ago with one of my best friends, we ate 3 or 4 pizzas in Florence in the span of two days. We even stood outside of the pizza place in a downpour, all of our luggage in hand, waiting for it to open, so we could get a pizza to go for the train ride back to Rome. I’ve had a strange relationship with meat since middle school. We’ve gone back and forth over the years, but my prevailing (and current) diet only involves fish and shellfish. I’m part Italian.
