Happy New Year to one and all! 2011 has been such an amazing year, I’m still pinching myself in disbelief. Now, 2012 is upon us, and I am hoping that I continue to learn, grow, and smile.
One of the goals I have for myself is to continue to achieve and defend the balance in my life. With a new job, it is very easy to neglect the other important things in my life, and one thing that I can already see falling to the wayside is my diet. Drained from the workday, it is very easy to fall prey to processed, easy solutions for dinner instead of investing the time to make something good and wholesome. So this year, I hope to share some solutions to this issue on my blog, probably doing more prep-ahead, crock pot type meals. To kick things off, I’d like to share a list I found with tons of healthy recipe substitutions that are easy to incorporate to anyone’s diet. I also love that a few of the tips are geared towards g-free living!
