Does anyone else get really excited to gluten-free shop after Passover, or is it just me and my mom? So many Kosher-for-Passover products are inherently gluten-free or have been modified to be gluten-free. My mom goes a little crazy and shops the sales immediately after Passover…she doesn’t realize that there is only so much g-free matzo and tam-tam’s a girl can eat. Continue reading
Gluten-free breakfast waffles on the go!
So this post isn’t necessarily a fancy recipe, but rather a solution to my weekday breakfast needs: something fast, portable, healthy, and filling. Continue reading
Roasted Chickpea Salad – Pinterest Post #3
We had one of our dear friends over as a house guest for a few nights, and I wanted to try some new recipe magic while he was here. We made some spinach burgers (lukewarm at best), and a new roasted chickpea salad (AMAZING). Continue reading
Holiday Peanut Butter Fudge
So I am back from my holiday hiatus…G and I were out of the country for a month, and missed most of the holiday happenings at home. As a result, we still have all of our decorations up, and my cravings for holiday food are still in full effect. Continue reading

One night I had a rough day and wanted some comfort food, and decided to simply turn a caprese salad into a pasta dish. It is such an easy meal to throw together, and G absolutely loved it. He raved about it more than anything I had made to date, and promptly named it Mozza Pasta. And asked for it. A lot. What can I say? He likes the simple things in life. Continue reading
